Forsyth, Howe, O'Dwyer, Kalb & Murphy, P.C. has been in the business of mortgage foreclosure for over ten years and has a current case load of approximately 600 files. We attribute our success to our well trained and experienced staff and our close attention to detail. It is our policy that papers and pleadings have a two day or less turn around time within our office. We then closely track the response time of our abstract companies, process servers, referees and others. Where necessary, follow up phone calls are made to insure that papers and pleadings are returned promptly.
Services include both residential and commercial foreclosure, receiverships, negotiation and drafting of workout agreements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure and related matters.
