Forsyth, Howe, O'Dwyer. Kalb & Murphy, PC is especially pleased to provide businesses and over 30 relocation companies with assistance with the closing services associated with employee relocations throughout New York State.

In the upstate New York area, where abstracts of title are required for closings, the firm prides itself on its ability to track down and locate the abstract of title needed to proceed with the closing. In most cases, the failure to promptly obtain the abstract of title is the source of the longest delay in the processing of a relocation title and closing order. We utilize a dedicated staff person and our excellent contacts with many of the upstate abstract companies to make it a priority to locate the abstract of title as soon as a relocation file is opened. This focus can take weeks off of the time needed to process an upstate New York relocation file.

At any time, the firm is working on over one hundred active relocation files for some of the largest companies and relocation service providers in the country. The firm has several experienced paralegal staff members to assist our attorneys with this time sensitive representation. This volume of representation and our experience allows the firm to handle the many additional steps involved in the relocation process smoothly and quickly.

Whenever feasible, the firm will have one of its attorneys or local counsel attend the closing in place of a non attorney closer. This higher level of representation helps to assure a trouble free closing and provides a more experienced level of representation when problems develop at the closing table.
